ok i ended up buying the hinge pin removal tool from Classic Haulers. I then read on here about how mixed reviews of how well it worked.
I gave it a shot anyhow. I figured out that if you heat the hinge up real good on both top and bottom, then use the hinge pin puller it worked better.

I put good amount of pressure on the pin using the puller, then wacked straight up on the end of the bolt of the puller the pin moved and could be removed.
top hinge was way harder to do had to cut the head off and wack it down a bit then could force it upwards.

and i found out why my door wouldnt close. hopefully all the bent up part is in the door.

 

just thought id pop in and say... im not dead nor have i completely vanished. I ended up buying my dream car ive wanted since they came out a 05 Subaru Impreza wrx. I havent forgot about my old truck, but when i get the car finished paid off in a few years ill be back to full time working on it again.

I know I knowits horrible it is a rocket at close to 300hp and all wheel drive. I just couldn't pass on the deal I got. Ill make it up to the old truck though gives me more time to plan everything properly.
