I know the unit in my 2011 kingranch has a hard drive. Ive seen on parts listings there is the radio unit and there is a seperate box (dont know if its the brain for the radio or a amp system)

Is the hard drive replaceable in the radio or does the whole radio have to be replaced? Maybe someone here that isnt a tech has experenced this one. Im just debating on buying the ford warranty and all. Being I pulled the DPF im trying to justify the money on the other high dollar items.
