No boost leaks.
No exhaust leaks.
Plenty of power when i stomp on it.
Egt's are looking great.
25psi out of the new turbo when i step on it.
No smoke.at all.
No contamination of oil in fuel, or fuel in coolant.

12mpg is a freaking joke. Especially after the cash ive thrown at it to "fix" problems.
Could have left it like it was... and got better economy. I was seeing 14-16 with leaky up pipes and a dead turbo. WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT!

i only see ses light when i first turn the key... and quick flashes when i overboost.

355miles on a full tank... and i got 1/8th left.

Fuel Pressure?

AE will only help answer one of those...

As for an average MPG I get around 13-14 as well. Highway unloaded maybe 16 if I had to guess, rarely unloaded though. Never really tried for much more.

But those are 100% accurate after you "re-flash" the computer to use new math. Didn't you know that 2+2=5 for all values of 2 now?

I admit to using a computer to calculate my fuel. I go to fuelly.com and enter the ODO reading and how many gallons I pumped in. It comes back that I have a HUGE lead foot, and am reducing the fuel mileage.

The computer that 'reads' the fuel as its used is way to easy to tamper with.

Working mine nets me around 13-14. Highway driving no load 17-18. About the same as most of my friends with similar year trucks. One gets closer to 20 but it is a 2x4.

Texas Chain Ring - Whose rig? I notice it's a 6.0L. I'm with these guys about crying foul on the overhead numbers, but I'd be more respectful if that was anybody from here.
Christof13T - Now that you have a gee-wizz pedal, are you getting on it a lot?

12 is what I usually get, but im usually loaded. When unloaded and on the highway I can pull 16-17 maybe more, but havent really been able to get a full tank on the highway to find out.

I get about the same here as well. I do have boost leaks and an aged turbo. My speed is usually 70 (110 km/h) and cruise control set.
