whos got cricket?
so i finally need to get one of those things that enable you to call from anywhere without finding a payphone, (or climbing a pole).. yes a cellphone...
anyway, i was looking at cricket wireless and for $35 bucks a month you get unlimited call text, which is really all i need..
does anybody have any complaints about them? would it be worth the extra $15 a month to get verizon?
educate me......

I've used Cricket for about 4 years now. For a very basic service, it is fine. I have encountered many out of service areas though. I live along the I-25 corridor in southern Colorado. I use it pretty much for my business which is local, thus no big need for all over coverage, although that would be nice.
It is a no contract company, which I like. One warning. ALWAYS pay your bill on time! They will cut your service the morning of your due by date, no warning other than a text a few days prior notifying you that the bill is due on a certain day. I also use Cricket for my internet provider, overall pretty good service.
