About 5 hours away for me, but if I take a guess you are likely getting a P1211 ICP above/below desired. Which can be common for a truck if you are using any kind of tuning.
If it is all stock and recently started tripping the SES light, you might have a possible fuel restriction, the restriction itself is not what sets the 1211 but it can or has been accompanied by clogged filters/screens.
This however is all guessing as we do not have the codes, just trying to get you thinking and gain more information.
Do you notice a power loss or smoke accompanying the SES light?
Hopefully someone closer will be able to help.

BigAls, I have had the 1211 code before and I suspect that is what is again. The truck does not have any tunes or chip, just 4" exhaust and 6637 filter. It has 225,000 miles so you may be on to something with the clogged screens, I just replaced fuel filter before the trip. I have no loss of power or smoke though. Truck runs fine. I had a bad ICP sensor that I replaced since the last time I had the CEL. It never does this unless I am pulling the 5er and pulling up a good hill.
