Factory radio installation?

Aftermarket radio installation?

The Power wire for the radio should be right behind the radio bezel. A gray plastic 4 wire connector with only two wires in it. Yellow/Black hash for radio power, and Light Blue/Red stripe for radio dial illumination. These wires are a part of the main underdash harness.

Those wires may be floating about due to someone previously cutting them off.

Here are some diagrams...

I already have the radio rewired, where do the wires go FROM the fuse box, they aren't in the cluster anymore.

The wiring diagrams I posted have the fuse panel diagram included has all the information you are asking for.

Radio Power is Fuse position F-10 in the fuse panel.

The Yellow/Black hash wire goes from Fuse Panel F-10 into the main harness loom behind the fuse panel, then goes from there to the radio connector.

Since you say you do not have the wires anymore you will have to improvise something.

However...

It would be very difficult to remove that wire from the main underdash harness without removing it, so I believe you have a reminant of this wire over by the radio someplace. Look on the right side of the instrument cluster where the wire loom comes down the center between the Radio and instrument cluster for cut wires that match the radio wire colors in the diagram.
