Hello,
New memeber to the Louisiana Chapter. My name is Dusty, I live in Pineville Louisiana. I am in the military, been in for 25 years, three deployments, two combat tours. I deal with weapons and optics and artillery for the military. Married 13 yrs to an awesome women. Now to the good stuff, I drive a 2007 Ford F150, which is a great truck. I just purchased a 1966 Ford F100 Flarside, I simple love this truck. My goal is to rebuild the inline 6 and put a modern driveline in her. I would like to bring her up to daily driver status, also car shows and car runs are in the planning. This coming thursday I will be heading to Cruising the Coast, a yearly thing for me and family. The 66 isn't ready, maybe next year. In process of building a new shop to put the 66 in and start work on her.

Hey gang how about you all dropping in over on the Biloxi Beach the last weekend of Cruisin' The Coast.
The Mississippi chapter is hosting a hospitality site on the corner one block east of the lighthouse.
We will be there the 12th-13th-and the 14th.
Look for the awnings with the banner with the FTE logo.

Welcome Hot Rod, glad to see you on board the band wagon, enjoy your trip to the coast, Im not sure if we are gonna be able to go over or not, I'll have to look at Karens schedule . If we can I really want it to be on the13th , the last Saturday is usually when the most action is going on, we will go to the Miss Chapter hospitality tent, I would think thats the rocking place to be. UPDATE UPDATE, I just talked to Karen, & guess what, she'll be home so we are defintiely planning on going to the COAST on SUNDAY OCT 14th, we'll be leaving Kentwood early & heading over to mingle with our fellow FTE BROTHERS & SISTERS, if anyone from Louisiana wants to meet up somewhere & convoy over, just HOLLAR & if your coming from the north or the west we'll try to set up a meeting place around Kentwood or Hammond & go on from that point.
