Barney, I'll not forget the few moments we had to chat in that fuel station parking lot in Selma, AL a couple years ago. It was a true pleasure to have had that brief opportunity to meet both of you. Given the nature of your job, you and Cheryl both are so fortunate that she has been able to be with you on your all-around-the-country jaunts, and I know that you are both aware of that. I will pray as often as the Lords brings you to mind, and I know that He is capable to see you both through this period of time, regardless of duration or difficulty. You can trust in His sovereignty.

Wow, Barney. I haven't been on here for a while but He led be to check it out tonite and read the news about Cheryl. Now you have another partner on Cheryl's prayer team. Keep an upbeat attitude and know that He will answer prayers. God Bless, Mark.

I don't know you - but I know your pain. Those of us that have gone through/are going through it understand the difficulty. My family has learned to keep positive - and never give up. I hope the best for you and yours, Sir.

 

in the short time that we met with you and cheryl it didnt take long to figure out that you are both strong people....both fighters. you are lucky to have each other especially in times like this. But always remeber...you are not alone....dont be affraid to ask for help or to accept help when it's offered.

 

Barney very sad to hear this. I have never met you all, but it seams as if I have known you forever. You will definetly be in our prayers. Stay strong and keep your faith.

 

Wow Barney. I just saw this thread. I am so sorry to hear about this. I also have a hard time with the inability to "fix" my wifes health issues.

I am not a religious man but my wife is so I know she will say a prayer for Cheryl and she will for sure be in my thoughts.
