i have a question about trannys wich tranny can handle torqe an hp better an auto like a c6 or a manual tranny?

Depends on exactly which ones you're comparing:
NP-435 vs AOD >>> manual
M5OD vs C6 >>> auto
ZF vs E4OD >>> Hmmmmmm...

Well, you'll never see a C-6 in a 2 1/2-ton utility truck, but NP-435s were used in them for MANY years.
