Anybody knows if the 2007 F350 XL, manual transmission 4X4 still have the spindle needle bearing in the front hubs, or did Ford changed to a sealed ball bearing?

The wheel bearings and hub are a single sealed assembly on a 2007.

 

I am not talking about the wheel bearings. On 4X4 it used to be a needle bearing that needs repacking about every 60k. It is separate from the wheel bearing. The axle rides in this needle bearing when front wheels are not locked for 4X4 traction.
