53 to 56 are the same... I THINK the rear bumpers of 57 and up are the same for flareside trucks...

BBAA-17906-A .. Painted Channel Rear Bumper

1948/52 F1/F3 / 1953/56 F100/350 / 1957/72 F100/350 Flaresides / 1973/77 F250 4WD Flaresides (High Boys).

The bumper is the same, the brackets will not be all the same.

Same "two & two" brackets (except F1/F100 Panel Delivery): 1948/52 F1/F3 / 1953/56 F100/350.

(2) B5C-17787-A (replaced BBAA-17787-A) .. Bumper Brackets (Right Outer & Left Inner).

(2) B5C-17788-A (replaced BBAA-17788-A) .. Bumper Brackets (Right Inner & Left Outer).

Seems from your other posts you are a L O N G ways from needing a rear bumper.?. Nothing wrong with stockpiling parts, but remember you're likely going to have to store it for several years, is not required for any mocking up (they were an extra cost option from the factory and trucks were often delivered with no rear bumper), they are not rare or difficult to find and are being reproduced in plain, chromed or polished stainless.
