Gas went kinda bad after 2-3 weeks, damage my 460 engine/fuel lines/exhaust?

BTW, as others have suggested, gasoline doesn't go "bad" in 2-3 weeks - not even in 2-3 months. Hell, I've run fuel that is 2-3 years old without issue.

That's not possible.. but if you're using the gas gauge as a measure of how much fuel it's using then I can see where you're getting the impression. The fuel gauges in these trucks are notoriously inaccurate and besides that there is a good chance the fuel tanks on your truck are different capacities, so the only way to get a somewhat accurate measure of fuel consumption is to divide miles driven by gallons used to refill the tank, and even that depends upon speedo accuracy.. which is also questionable if there is anything but stock sized tires on it.
As for the running issues you're experiencing I suspect you have a weak pump in the rear tank, a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail would confirm.
