A few pics of my new and old headlights

Just like it says, new headlights. I found them on ebay for under 30 bucks each, made in taiwan, but pretty decent really. They fit good, and for sure will be able to see better. I like the look of the stock ones.

Old. Bad shape.

Looks good. You should try to restore your old headlights, see how close you can get them to the new ones. wet sand them up to 1500 or 2000 grit, then some fine rubbing compound, and polish.

Thanks Travis. I messed with them for a while one day, but got nowhere and quit. If I find time one day I may do that, but that there time thing can be a problem..

Looks real good Darin, just did mine a couple months ago and it made a world of difference. There sure was a lot to take off to get to two headlights, but worth it all. You know they make a lens protector to keep them clear.

Fill me in on the lens protector if you would Gus. I haven't heard of them before. Interested. Thanks.

I think turtle wax, rainX, McGuires, brands like that make a UV protectant. I haven't tried them yet but I think I'm gonna start, just need to do some more researching.
