I contacted Whipple Industries to see if the rumor is correct. They are in the process of making one. Here is the email I sent and the reply that I got. There is gonna be some quick rangers on the street soon.

been hearing rumors that you may be in the process of developing a supercharger for the 3.0L Ford Engine. Just wondering if that was true. If not what has to be done for something like that to become reality. I have a 03'Ranger and and would love to see it scoot with the help of a SC. I would even be willing to let you guys use my truck as a guinea pig for the engineering. Please let me know either way.

We are currently running a prototype supercharger on a 2002 and 2003 Ranger. Preliminary dyno results have shown a 55% Horse Power and a 45% Torque increase. The kit should be ready to sell in the summer of 2003. We do not have a price at this time. I will keep your e-mail address and notify you when we have more

I got the same response that you got. Unfortanely I have a 95 ranger and the engineer could not give me conformation own my year model.. She just said that it probably be out this summer for the 02 and newer models I first heard about this at RPS.
