Thanks for sharing your experience todate. IIRC you have had previous radiator replacements; If I might ask have you had any previous engine over-heating? I know with the 6.4 previous over-heating was linked to later higher probability of EGR cooler failure by one of the Ford techs. I don't recall you mentioning any over-heating; just wondering.

I hope this is all resolved timely and in the best manner possilbe to your expectations.

Appreciate your sharing of any information that may help the community understand the failure.

I would gladly help out with the fifth wheel. My only problem is I have the factory fifth wheel mount in the new truck. I had a B&H turnover in the old one so the fifth wheel doesn't fit. You dont happen to have fifth wheel that will swap over do you? You say the trailer is in Ocala? Where is it headed?
I have been in this situation before with my TT being stranded. It is no fun, and I would hate to have my TT sitting in a parking lot for a week.

Let me know if we can swap your hitch out. I have the factory prep. and GL

I have the Plus version.

Unless they conclude that my AFE intake voids it, or my AFE exhaust tip.
Hope not.
Both upgrades of which we all know has nothing to do with what we know about this failure so far.

The hitch in my truck at the dealership is a standard Reese 20K fifth wheel hitch. Won't work unless you have the rails, I think.....I can't even find a tow company to move it. Hotel needs it gone by Friday afternoon and my other truck will be in Louisiana until next Tuesday. No solution yet, I might have to go against my conscience and ask gwcon to go get it. I just HATE to ask that much of someone knowing I could never repay the favor. It's not money, it's the humanity of it and it kills me.

And, it's my work trailer, a fifth wheel but cargo. It's full of steel and rigging gear, weighs about 12k right now and tows like a dream. Much easier than a camper!

No, I'm sure it will take a good while for them to figure out what to tell me.

It's too bad you can't be there to watch them disassemble her.

That would kill me not at least being local.

And worse that he has a piece of equipment that has to be moved.
A situation none of us ever want to be in and I wish I could help.

Worse case, I wonder if there's a local construction company (trusted/well known by the locals) that could go get it and keep it on their lot for a few bucks rent if the hotel goes down the path of move it or else.

That's odd, if you have good sams towing they will tow fifth wheels.

Let me throw my hat into the ring, I am about 3.5 hours west of you. I got a full RV hookup on my 40 acres of land and I have the 25K reese (factory) hitch. No dought we can hook you up and still enjoy some of our Florida hospitality.

Think about it and consider it.

Maybe a local RV dealer could get it moved back to thier lot?

Can these types of fifth wheels hook up a regular single axle semi tractor?
