I'm sure it does....
But the 350 is 8 lug and your 150 is only 5.
Then, the superduty is a metric bolt pattern so older OBS wheels won't fit.

Complete waste of time. Just rebuild the 8.8 w the gears you want. You have a 302, it will break nothing

no the 02 axle will not bolt in. different spring perch width, different bolt pattern, different brake system, different parking brake system.

while not pratical or cost efficent i wouldnt say that. I know of a few 302 based engines that would hurt our diesels feelings( wel except for fuel mileage)

I completely agree. Unless you're talking a non turbo 6.9 or a gm 6.2.
And it's gonna take quite a 302 in a truck (probly even a ranger) to get by my crewcab superduty.

That's like me telling anyone with a dodge 1ton... I'll hook my ford gasjob back to back to your 900-1200tq cummins.... And Then I show up with my 15000lb F800 4x4 Marmon Herrington "pickup". Hey, it's a ford!

Yea even if the owner paid him to take that axle its just not going to work, anything can be made to work yes but when it doesn't make any sense its not worth it regardless of the money end of it.

It'd completely *******ize the thing to do it, completely trash any resale value and just doesn't need something like that in a axle under it. Just not putting that much power to it and never will with that power plant.

If wants/needs F250/350 axles? starting out with the wrong truck....
