Hands Free For Existing Radio

I've become spoiled by the hands free cell phone operation features in vehicles newer than my '03 Expy. Anyone know of a reasonably priced way to add hands free to the sound system in my '03?

I use a Jabra Cruiser 2, 80 bucks at AT&T, hooks up to my phone via bluetooth and broadcasts to the stock radio in FM.

Great unit, plug and play.
