Shaun - Thanks a million - now I know how to get off a really tight filter! Will get grease and lube her up this week. - Next on my short list is front brakes = pads/rotors - -Charlie I know you're not ready and that's OK - is there anyone else that is willing to help me tackle this??? I have some time during the week as the next couple of weekends are already loaded up. Also suggestions on type of pads to get - daily driver to hauling a variety of trailers. Went to RockAuto to look and prices and products are all over the place.

No drips in the driveway! Pressure still runs a wee bit on the high side. I'm looking around my shop to see if i can build a tool to withdraw the oil from the top of the block - that has me really fascinated

There is no purpose for that. The oil comes out of the push rod, falls on the valve, drains to the front, or back of the head to a drain hole, runs through the valley and runs through drains, where it drains into the oil pan. There is no oil stored on the top of the block.

Cap for my truck

Just starting to look around at Truck Caps - any feed back on metal over fiberglass that folks would like to share?

with the price of the darn things I just might get another enclosed trailer instead" title="Evil Grin" class="inlineimg" border="0">

I had to order it. Go to ARE website, and look at what they have. She has some caps there, so there may be something that fits your needs.

Once you see something you like, call, and find out details.
She is a really good lady to deal with.

We also bought the carpeted bed liner at the same time
