I also did a little more digging on the tube and found a few numbers, but not all that I think were once there. The numbers I found are
6 5 7A 2196
I guess I'll have to take the cover off to get all the numbers. I may be able to do it tomorrow, but it might not be until next weekend.

your very close to the BOM, keep sanding/looking to the right of the stamped numbers in this picture. should be something like 61235-3
