NEED HELP

New member here.. I have a 2009 Escape XLT. The reset buttons for the oil monitoring system will not work. Tried disconnecting the battery and no luck. I think the switch is bad/broken. My question is, where do I get one and what exactly is it called so I ask for the right part? Any help is appreciated.

Got this info off the internet... did you try this ?
To reset the oil change indicator on the 2009 ford escape first turn the key to the on position, right before fully starting. then you press the setup button until oil life x*x% hold reset = new" shows. next you press and hold the reset button for a couple of seconds then release this should reset it. you will then be showed"oil life set to 100%".
