20" Super Singles - 6x8.75 bolt pattern

Hey guys, check out Boyce Equipment out of Utah if you are interested in 1-piece Super Singles. I recently purchase a set for my 1965 F500. They are 20x11 with the 6x8.75 bolt pattern. Great if you want to get rid of your split rims. I paid $350 ea. They will ship to you.

Do you have any pics on your truck? What size tire are you running? Tubeless?

I will be running Continental MPT81 275/80R20 tubeless tires on this '65 F500 NAPCO. Getting rid of the 30 year old tires and split rims. Tires are getting mounted on the rims tomorrow.

The new Continental tires are only about an inch or 2 wider than what is on there now. With modern rubber it will ride a lot better.

Original wheels are hub centric I think, are these? Did u have to change to lug centric nuts?

Correct, the original wheels are hub centric. These new wheels are not. However, they are chamfered for lug-centric nuts.

Hub centered? I don’t see it. The black wheels pictured with the bare tires are stud piloted. The silver wheel picture is pretty hard to see on my phone. A 1965 normally would be stud piloted. Only 1963 and 1964 were hub piloted. Stu

For what it's worth, this is a NAPCO 4x4 axle, not a factory Ford axle.

Yes, but it has Budd stud piloted lug nuts on the visible right front wheel. If it was hub piloted there would be a floating captive washer on each lug nut.

This difference of opinion will really matter when the member tries to remove the wheels. Stud piloted studs and nuts will be marked L on the left side and R on the right side designating thread orientation. On a stud piloted mounting there will be “inner cap nuts” on each rear. On a hub piloted mounting they are all right hand thread and no inner cap nuts will be there. Stu

I stand corrected and remain imperfect. I was going by what I thought I remembered and thought I saw. It might be time for some ginko biloba and glasses.

Glad to help, and save you from twisting off left side studs. Stu
