draining the power steering system

Is there an easy way to drain the tranny fluid in the power steering pump, or do I need to take all of the fittings for the pump, gearbox and cooler apart?

When I did my v-10, and diesel might be different, I disconnected the hose from cooler, started it up and turn steering wheel.
Drained fluid very fast. Have someone hold it in a container, or you will make a mess.

Do you want to remove the fluid or change it out?

If you want to change the power steering fluid here is a write up on it and a video.

I liked the video also but I think the link with the write-up explained things better.
