The wife stole the covers one night and my back got chilled. I have to wear a tee shirt to bed now because of that chilling experience.

We use seperate covers. I like to be warm when I sleep. My wife likes to be cooler.

I quite often have the blankets pulled up over my head.

That is trying to stay warm. Remember when was a kid pulling the covers over my head to try and warm up the bed clothes. Even hope the dog would sleep on the bed as well.

We have one dog that likes to sleep on the bed. Normally he likes to sleep up against me.

Don't have a dog any more. Last one didn't like sleeping on the bed. She would wake me up in the morning with a cold nose on the back though.

My wife sometimes sends the dogs in to wake me up in the morning. Most times they get on the bed and go to sleep.

My dog used to do it on her own. Wake me up then go lay down and sleep.

Mine usually just crash. They seem to be lazy in the morning like me.

Sometimes I think about getting another dog but then really don't want to put up with the mess, dog hair food and water and piddle pads..

They are sometimes a lot of work. I must say you have a lot more freedom without one. That being said we would feel kind of empty without one I think. I guess we would get used to it though.

I don't think I could find one that would be as good as the last one I had. She was a mutt but smart.

Most of the mutt variety seem to be fairly smart.

That is what I have noticed as well. Had a few pedigree dogs but they were not as smart as the mutts..
