'78 460 head gasket

So I have a '78 F150 with a factory 460 and after doing a compression test this past weekend it looks like I need to replace the head gasket on the right side. Think this can be done with the engine in the truck or am I going to have to pull it?

It can be done without removing the engine.

You should be able to do it without pulling the engine.
