I drove it around the block once. I now have a 2016 Fusion that is my DD. The Bronco will be sidelined while I save up a buck here and there to fix her up.

PMed Conanski about camshaft information, I got great information, now I just have to locate some valve springs that will work with the new camshaft.

Thatʻs about all I did for the Bronco lately.

Just fix that rather than a rebuild...
She is not in need of a rebuild but something has to come out if I were to change the flexplate. I cleaned up the damage with a file prior to installing the new starter, she sounded fine on test cranks. If I change the flex plate out I might as well pull the motor and church up with overbore heads cam and maybe a stroker kit. Just fresh motivation to see what parts are out there and try to throw a budget together for it.

Once upon a time I was over on Peachtree.
Small world it is.

Anyways.... awesome truck!
That is pretty wild! Peachtree (as you know!) is only a couple miles by road and less as-the-crow-flies from my front door!

Found out that my seal from the top leaks somewhere down the side pillar on the passenger side. Think I could get away with injecting some silicone into the seal via a syringe to "fatten" it up until I can replace it?

Sure it's the seal and not the roof gutter leaking?

The top actually has two seals where it meets the cab

Not 100% but about 90% sure it's the seal. The gutter looks good, no rust, nor holes. I suppose it could be the weather strip but the water comes from the area below the pop out ashtray and drink holder.

Well... I'm in the middle of a front end rebuild on my 78 Bronco and finally replaced a busted front axle U-joint. Two new Spicer 5-760X U-joints went in today. The eight main C cap bolts are all that's left before I drop the axle housing out and can begin clean-up on that.

Installed LED headlight conversion, tinkered with a coolant and trans fluid leak (hopefully stopped for good!) and washed it off.
