Need Help with 89 F600

Hello all,

Can someone tell me if there is a trick or something on how to remove the "brake pump (belt driven)" for the parking brakes? The one with the small reservoir on top? I have tried and tried and those bolts dont even want to budge....
Thanks in advance for your help...
