I have now got the engine and drive-train worked out... It's now time for the body work.

Does anyone have a good place to get things like bumpers and door handles re-Chromed in the Atlanta area. I want to take them to a shop that does really good work.

 

At one time there was a place on hwy 78 in either Lithia Springs or Douglasville that used to do chrome. If you were going from Austell towards Douglasville on hwy 78, it was back off the road on the right...somewhere. I haven't been out that way in years, and I don't know if they are even still there. At the time, I knew several people that had used them and had no complaints.
I guess you could always ask some body shops that you might trust (or like their work), who they use.

 

Southern Bumper Exchange, in south Atlanta (404)-761-5477 was recommended by the Georgia boys on the Maverick forum. I haven't used them but would will if I need something chromed again.
