Found mine had PCM replaced on Warranty in 2003, PCM Code, Dealer code and Date R&R ed placed on Radiator Support, Current PCM looks like it's been sitting in Salt water at the Bottom of a Bilge for some time and has a different PCM Code on it (Doing the Math that would be at least Four PCMs). Currently 7-21-2015 waiting for one day service Since Tuesday 7-14-2014 for Replacement PCM from
Ford | Engine Computers | ECU | ECM | PCM




I was only able to Turn the Crank shaft at about 650 RPM, jumping the Starter Relay in the Power Distribution Center and of course no start.

Received a non-serviceable rusted out PCM from Flagship one day service on 7-24-2015 returned PCM and have received no refund to date.


Couple of months of figuring, after twelve years, after at least five PCMs plus another new PCM from by the way recommend using the Dealer's PCM, the main twelve year old problem turned out to be covered under a Recall for the Bus from PATS to PCM


Also, included another Key (and FOB) I didn't have for at home programming
Bottom line was $900.00 made it all right
