Currently 7-21-2015 waiting for one day service Since Tuesday 7-14-2014 for Replacement PCM from
Ford | Engine Computers | ECU | ECM | PCM




I was only able to Turn the Crank shaft at about 650 RPM, jumping the Starter Relay in the Power Distribution Center and of course no start.

Received a non-serviceable rusted out PCM from Flagship one day service on 7-24-2015 returned PCM and have received no refund to date.


Couple of months of figuring, after twelve years, after at least five PCMs plus another new PCM from by the way recommend using the Dealer's PCM, the main twelve year old problem turned out to be covered under a Recall for the Bus from PATS to PCM


Also, included another Key (and FOB) I didn't have for at home programming
Bottom line was $900.00 made it all right

*Update*
9-9-2015 Filled her up, Boat too and got ready to Hang in the 90s at Vantage for the weekend. WAS going for a Boat ride/test run on the Snohomish River before leaving on Friday.


While towing Boat and Trailer, Quit running on the Road this time (Everett Ross Ave South Bound), just happened to look down and saw the Tach at Zero and powerless


So, found the only safe place off road to pull over within coasting distance and Pulled into a space just big enough for Stopping powerless Truck and Trailer


Tried restart, Nothing




Called Dicks towing $150 Truck and Trailer to Marysville Ford.
Marysville Ford says they're picking up the Tab

I had a similar problem right after I bought my truck 4 years ago. It cranked but didn't ignite while my theft warning was fast flashing. It turned out that my battery was to weak or delivered an unstable 12v.
After I swapped it to a new one I never had any problem again.

I had a similar issue a couple years ago. Ended up being bad alternator bad batteries and cam shaft position sensor. Batteries killed alternator and the low voltage was making the pats system go nuts. After fixing the alt and replacing the batteries code came up for the sensor.
