Vista Pro Replacement Radiator 08 F250

Just wondering if anyone has replaced their leaking factory radiator with the Vista Pro aftermarket radiator? I replaced mine at 50700 miles with the Vista Pro and now at 63000 miles, it is leaking. Does anybody have a true fix for this issue or am I just supposed to live with it and replace the radiator every 6 months?

I had not heard of anyone else's leaking. Is there a warranty? Has to be another reason for the leaks.

Have you checked your thermostats?

Yes, there is a lifetime warranty. When I changed the radiator the first time, the temperatures between the oil and water were always within a couple of degrees of each other. Since the radiator change, the oil temperature has seemed to run a little hotter that the engine coolant, say 5-10 degrees while pulling my camper. I've also noticed recently that running down the enterstate at 70 that the EOT would be 203 to 205, where it used to run at around 196 to 198 with the old radiator. I replaced all hoses with the new radiator and replaced the cap, so I guess the next one will get a set of new thermostats. From what I have read, it appears I have a hyperextended thermostat. I specifically did the 55 mph test before the first radiator replacement, trying to get it changed under 100K extended warranty, but no luck.

On another note, I've read many stories about these trucks leaking on the passengers side of the radiator above the hose, but both of mine have leaked on the drivers side. Any thoughts, comments as to what to try next to prevent this from occuring again?
