Love those old movies, they were always quite the production. Great glimpse into another world.

Sorry for your loss Don, stay safe out there. My limited experience with folks from Louisiana is no matter what the occasion, there is some good food involved!

I was thinking a GM product (looks) when I saw this picture but your example is closer. It would have been nice to have the disposable cash for a 2014 GT when those were driving out of the factory and keep it forever, in my opinion.

Good morning guys! We ended up getting a foot of snow in yesterday's storm. It was nice to have the bigger JD to clear the snow. The 54" blower is so much more efficient than the 42" I had on my last one. The diesel has consistent power when you need it. Big thumbs up so far.

Iowa Tim made it to North Central Wisconsin last night. Wish I could sneak away and go ride with him. I hope he has a great ride!

Good morning one pagers!

Andre, Congrats on finely getting snow! Hope Tim had a good time snowmobiling!

Didn't much sleep again last night, my knee does a wonderful job of keeping me awake at night.

Praying for Roy this morning. He goes today for the Epidural shot in his back, I hope it gives him some relief.

I had a '69 Mustang. My very first car. Dang that car was fast.
I'm lucky I lived and even luckier that I still had a Drivers License when I sold it a couple years later.
I left and went in the Air Force and when I got home, my brother and sister had both wrecked it. It had a ton of bondo on the body panels, So I sold it.
I also remember having to change out Motor Mounts repeatedly. Dump the cluck and do a burn out and it would tear up those rubber mounts
I spent a lot of time on my back under that car fixing the mounts and u-joints
But there wasn't many car's I couldn't beat. The Hemi cuda's were my nemis, never could beat them in a fair start.

I remember PIE trucks on the roads when I was in High School and my younger years. A forgotten brand.

WOW!!!!!!!!! Lots of stuff happening!!!!
Good morning, crew! To add to the list, my blood pressure has been out of whack lately. I have never had a problem with BP, but for the last couple months it has been all over the place........from a normal of 125-130/75 to 170/90. Then to add to things, for the last week or so I started not feeling so great, and experiencing a few twinges in my chest and shoulders! YIKES!!!! Monday evening I had a friend drive me in to the hospital. EKG and blood work right away, stress test the next morning, nothing, so angiogram the following day (yesterday).......no blockage at all!!!! YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!! I do believe that it could have been anxiety.........my brother did have a major heart attack just before Christmas, add to this the fluctuations with my BP, I think my brain was going into overdrive at every little ache or pain. But, now I KNOW, so that should help to settle my brain down a bit.
Prayers for Roy and family!
Loved the old pics n clips! Thanks for sharing, guys.
Have a great Thursday and rest of the week. Later

That is terrible news about Roy! I hope yesterday helped ease the pain a little bit. Thanks for the update Dak! I'm sending prayers his way!

I recall seeing P.I.E. trucks on the road as a kid, Jon. I always thought they were transporting pies. I always hoped one would be parked somewhere for fuel at a truck stop and forget his back doors open and it would be a free for all eating all his pies. LOL, memories of childhood. Thanks for that

Happy Valentine's Day to your sweethearts guys!

If you drink coffee watch your caffeine intake. A couple years ago the docs think I had a mini-stroke induced by too much caffeine. I was sitting at the computer and I couldn't move the mouse, then I realized I couldn't talk either. 60 seconds later I was back to normal but very shaken. The docs ran me through a similar set of diagnostics that came up empty. I cut back on the caffeine and haven't had a problem since then.

Did your doc say anything about smoking?
