Unfortunately a new truck is not in the current financial plan.
My wife said last week "If you don't get a new truck I will get one for you" LOL
I am going to keep driving this one as long as it runs. At this point it doesn't owe me anything and I still like it.
I asked the kids what they thought about me getting a new truck and they both said NO WAY
The truck has been good to me for quite a while with no issues, I just need to carry around a few fluids .....
Tim, thanks for the update.
Have a good day everyone
I knew you guys would be gentle. I've changed my mind more times about trucks than a HS girl picking a prom date.
Andre, do the boys use the luxo-tractor? Since they missed out on the gym stuff, maybe they should use a shovel so they can work out as in out-side! My favorite duck dynasty quote.
Enjoy your snow days everybody, whether you have snow or not!
Oh, on a side note, I think I have sold my pole barn decoration 67 Impala. Will be very glad to see it go to a good home. We'll see if the guy shows up with the cabbage, did get a deposit on paypal.

Good morning crew of winter truckers!
Don, Glad you survived the big storm, that must of been scary!
Andre, The roof top ice bar location looks pretty cool. Kind of neat looking with all the geo domes. Thanks for sharing!
Doug, Enjoy your days off, hopefully it dries out for you!
Darren, Sounds like you are getting your money out of your truck, that's a good sign. As I usually keep my rigs for years also. Although we are thinking of selling our cab over camper and truck and buying a Motorhome and an F150. Just a thought at this point.
Eric, Good luck on your truck shopping. Congrats on selling your 67' Impala!

Andre, that bar looks like a fun place to "chill". I would definitely enjoy an adult beverage or two there! I recognized your daughter without you pointing her out though. It's easy to recognize her smiling face. Thanks for the pics. Too bad it has melted, but at least she gets to come home.
Darren, it's hard to part with a good thing. I used to keep vehicles until the maintenance and repair costs outran a monthly note. These days, I get bored with them sooner than that, so I keep them until the warranty runs out.
Eric, congrats on the sale. Hope it goes through.
Desert Don, glad you didn't have to shovel TOO much!
Gerry, ti sounds like you and the dog will get plenty of exercise (and naps) if this weather keeps up!
Bionic Tim, I am sure I will enjoy the days off - even if I am once again forced to goof off the majority of the time. The projects that were put on hold last summer due to the heat, are now on hold due to the wet. I will also take the time to clean and rebuild the carbs on Jodi's bike while I'm off. Hopefully I can catch a small break in the weather to ride it a little after I finish.

Lunch on the workbench??
Gerry, both sides open, but at only 88° and between the tail lights, one must be careful not to hit the open edges of the gate when using them barn door style. That's going to be a bit narrow.

You can load right up to the bumper (like with a fork lift without removing the tailgate). That's COOL
