Good to know the next drought hasn't started there yet either!

30F and snowing, supposed to be the same for Sunday - Mon/Tue calls for mid 40s and rain... On top of a foot or so of snow in my area that probably won't be pretty... At least there is no school.

Trying to get the 18" of snow off the roof of my cargo trailer before it turns to ice and since it's buried in a couple feet of snow it's proving to be a little challenging. Been able to put Chad's snow blower he gave me to use...

at least this frozen water I can shovel out of the way - whereas a flood would be a lot more challenging.

We were at the wife's sisters house in League City for Christmas. It's been raining since we headed back Wednesday. No cold weather like we had last year. Happy New Year to you and your family Doug.

Howdy guys.......

The winds today have blown cows into the next county.......
25-35 steady winds, with gust in the 50-60 range. All day and still blowing. Tomorrow, heavy snow is forcasted along with high winds...... FUN

Go to church in the morning...... come home, build a fire in the wood stove and Nap ! Let the weather do whatever it wants to do.

Howdy Gang!

Swamp Don, I am about sick of the constantly saturated ground we have had for the last 6 months. Just as soon as the puddles start to finally go away, here comes another several inches of rain. Couple that with drought conditions early this past summer, and an early frost in November, and the hay situation isn't good.

Dak, I can't shovel my snow at all. Stay safe in that mess.

Howdy Roy. Don't blow away. Put in the good word for us this morning please!

Hey guys!
We only have an inch of snow around here. Pretty pathetic!

My b-day was nice with the family. Wife put 48 candles on the cake. I could feel the heat for crying out loud! I told her to have a fire extinguisher nearby, lol.

I think we are going to have a New Year's Eve party. Well at least a few couple coming over. Should be a lot of fun!

Happy Birthday Andre! My 48th was back in October. We didn't use candles. We just set fire to the cake.

Trent wanted to put 50 on my last cake and I reminded him that I'd seen smaller flames than that would be in commercial fires!
