This is prolly a 1 page thread at most
Are we talking about food or women?

I know what I need to do to lose weight. I have done it before. Just that with all the meds I am on, eating too little or not drinking a lot of fluids causes me to go into Kidney and liver failure. So I have to be careful about it.
Some of the morningstar veggie burgers/chicken burgers stuff is pretty darn good. I don't consider it meat, which is probably why it is pretty good. I look at it as good tasting vegetables. There was one brand I can't find or remember the name of that was REALLY good and had a lot of flavor. I'll now it if I ever see it again... I bought it at Trader Joe's, which we don't have in AK.
And I agree a lot of turkey stuff isn't all that bad. But the processed meats had a ton of sodium in them. So I by fresh meats and cook them myself with low or no sodium spices. A friend gave me a nice marinade and salad dressing recipe that is low cal, low fat, and very low sodium content. And instead of real salt I could use that no salt stuff and for sweetness you use Stevia (or splenda or equal). Stevia is better if you are trying to lose weight or so I have been told.

Good morning Savage Gang,
Not much work on the Bronco yesterday. I moved the frame from in front of the shop so I could get Maria's Explorer in the shop and change the oil. I did take the Half Cab top I have up to a body shop guy I know to get some sort of idea on repairing it.
Bill, Love the headlines.

Mitch.....You are Baaad.......
The real story is..........Do cheat...but, cheat smart!
When I went to Diabetic school about 6 years ago......the nurse talked about reading labels....WOW that is a must!! Many (most) "healthy" foods are BAD news........Make your own foods.....ie don't buy frozen "whatever" learn to Cook!! Steak.....Nice thick Ribeye with fat running through it, tossed on a Hot grill .......flip......Serve. Nothing wrong with that! every day, no. Bake a sweet potato instead a white potato.....helps. Plenty of green Veggies........That is a smart cheat.
Pasta....bread.....soda.....High Carbs !! Dreamland pasta.....Low in absorbed Carbs
Crystal Lite ........good tasting drinks !!
Snack on veggies.....celery....cucumbers....carrots......ch eese & crackers (not too much)......Pickles......olives, green & black............
anyway......that is some of my experience.......

Roy are those on your diet? They are not on mine...
That label reading advice is important. I have found "diet" or "no sugar added" items that are almost worse than the regular product itself. Low salt means they only added 1 pound of salt, instead of 1.1 pounds of it.
So, yes, you gotta cook things for yourself.

So my Bronco frame is out of alignment by 1/2" so here is my plan. I will be replacing the front cross member anyway to accommodate the 4BT, so I am going to grind the welds off of the rear cross member on one side and re-align the frame. I have checked it in several locations just to confirm my readings and they are all the same 1/2" out.
