Same here Monty...rain with chilly wind earlier but now the winds died down and temps in the mid 60's. Lots of cases of the flu down here...wife and 2 of my grandsons have it. I've been fighting a case of bronchitis and the doc today put me on antibiotics.

Hope Tim and Roy get to felling better and can get some sleep.

Andre'..happy birthday to the 17 yr old! My youngest is 43!!

We're expecting a lot of rain tomorrow but what else is new!!

Wow....... I was in Hawaii November 23 1967. In my senior year of High School.......

 

Morning fellas!! Been up a while now. No feeling in the right arm again. Just won't stay awake. Other than that, laying new flooring in the kitchen is a good way to get the kinks out of the back!! Took my dad, wife and I about 3 days to get it done, but it looks so much better now. Decided to go with LVT(Luxury Vinyl Tile) after talking with several builder friends. Much more durable than tile, less expensive than hardwood and can be changed in several years very easily if we want. Also, 100% waterproof. I cut a few pieces of it off and put it in a bucket of water 5 days ago and took out a piece yesterday and let it dry. Looks just like a piece out of the box.
Meetings this morning, work tomorrow and camping this weekend. And YEP, going to rain!

Owen says thanks for the birthday wishes! He has a nice dinner and awesome cake! Today, he gets to take the ACT. He is pretty stressed about it. He wants to do well. Kid has a busy week. His Eagle ceremony is Saturday.

Monty, my arm was doing that in December. Doctor told me it was because I was FAT. He's a buddy of mine, so he really let me have it. I'm not suggesting that is your issue at all. I just read your post and thought of it. It's funny now. I've been working hard and I'm down about 10 pounds. 20 more to go. Working out 3 days a week for about 75 minutes each time. I still look FAT, but I feel BETTER than when I started in mid January.

Sorry.... I just had too........

I was at about 190 lbs when this extreme pain hit..... dropped to 161 lbs. Yesterday I was at 164 lbs.........

 

Yeah, we heard about your crazy new diet. I'll stick to mine thanks. Start eating more Sailor...that's an order!!!!

 

Yesterday Afternoon I got my new VA hearing aids.........

They are fantastic....... They even link with my phone and provide complete control........
I am hearing so so much better !!!

 

Do NOT do my F....Up Diet !!!

I am eating........ Lynn beats me if I don't......

Tomorrow is surgery......

 

I just hope it goes well and does some good!

My knee is getting better all the time. I got a little better sleep last night, still only about 5 hours but still better then the night before. It's been 5 weeks ago today sense the operation. I think I might be over the hump.
