Well, the more we thought about it, it would be less time worrying and plus he has to start back to college on Monday. So the doc said we should probably go ahead and remove it, so it was done yesterday at 230 pm!! The bad part was we had to pay our year's deductible and the 20% up front so we left there nearly $4600 poorer!!! But, it was a good thing as the doc said it wouldn't have lasted two more weeks as it had encapsulated and adhered to his liver. He would have gotten really sick, really fast. He's home and doing well other than wanting to be waited on hand and foot
The Good Lord is looking out for you! That's kind of how my cancer diagnosis went 9 years ago. I got in quickly due to cancellations. Git 'er done!

Also, got my truck back! There was a reflash required for the BCM for the rear directionals that I was never informed of. They reflashed it and it's good to go now.

Good morning, crew. This frigid azz cold air that found its way the the desert Southwest sucks!!!! When it is colder in Phoenix or Vegas than it is in Anchorage you know things are out of whack!!!!!!!!!!Today is the NCAA Div 1 FCS championship game in Frisco TX. NDSU Bison vs Eastern Washington Eagles. Probably be colder in Texas than it is in North Dakota!!! Go Bison.
OK........nuff complaining. Hoping for a speedy recovery for Trent.
Good on the re-flash Andre.
All have a great day n weekend. Later

Wow, Trent has had far more than his share of medical troubles. Good thing it was caught before it caused major issues, as if surgery wasn't major enough. Friend of ours had a bad gallbladder, but it had already caused infections and she ended up a week in the hospital over it. It's great you guys skipped out on that

How's the new truck report Don?

I watched my youngest get lasik eye surgery yesterday, seemed to go well. She says she can see well already, hopefully it will only get better.

So far, I am happy. There are things about the FOrd that I still like better than the Ram, but there are also things about the Ram that I like better than the Ford. Engine/exhaust braking on the Ram is great. I like the way Ford does the controls on the transmission better. Just a couple examples. The heated steering wheel is GREAT on chilly mornings for my old hands that hurt all the time.
Can’t wait to get hooked up and tow with it to give a real comparison.

Good morning everyone!

Got down to 42F this morning and foggy...sun's out now and headed into the mid 60's this evening. May even wash the truck since it's been about 3 months since it had a good washing.

Good looking dog Gerry!

Don, did you get your truck washed today?

Andre, Glad to hear it was just a reflash of the BCM to get your turn signals working. 20 years ago who would of ever thought you were going to need a computer to fix your turn signals.

The weather here was extremely warm for January probably got close to 60. I stopped by the local car wash and gave my truck a once over.
