Holy crap I love that mug!!! Reps intended for your like minded neighbor!

Indeed, Amazon has quite the selection!

I'm hoping to finish up my annual sales plan up today. It's a 35 part report we have to do every year. I actually enjoy doing them as you can really get a sense of how well you did the past year. There are guys that get them done in a day. It takes me a week. It should take at least a few days. Once I get this done, I'll work on my presentation for our annual sales meeting the first week in December.

Thanks Tim(s)! I'm not particularly good at it either, but the job funds my hobbies

Howdy guys!!

Tim, nice mug

Andre, good luck with the reports. My boss used to make me do sales reports here .... I got him fired 14 years ago .... and he was 50% owner LOL.

Any new info on the radiator situation???

#3 has been leaking for a while .... I think I rode it out as long as I can. It's leaking pretty bad now on the bottom.
Also, this one is now leaking on the top as well. Not where the plastic / alum joint is but the core itself.
This rad is the worst of the 3
Looks like Mishimoto still has issues from what I am reading??
Someone told me CSF was making a rad but I can't find it, only 6.4 rads??
Any other options??

Darren, you have the worst luck with rads. I've read the Mishimoto's have issues, but there is a couple of them around here that have been doing just fine. Definitely better than stock. They may not be perfect, but they are a little better.

Thanks Andre. I was thinking at least with the Mishimoto, if it cracked you could take it out and weld it and put it back in. It would be a huge pain in the azz but you would save the cost of another rad.

I am pretty much convinced it is the frame flex / mounting arrangement that makes them let go.
Every time I have noticed a leak on mine it has been after a substantial offroad "event" LOL, like a week in the mountains 2 years ago.
This time I am pretty sure it was from pulling out a bobcat, it got majorly twisted up going in and out of a ditch NUMEROUS time.
I know lots of guys with way more miles that don't have any rad issues, but they stay on the pavement.

Thanks Roy, I read somewhere that if you leave out one of the mounting bolts when you put the rad back in it helps a lot.
I will have to try and find where I saw that

Darren, I'd engineer some custom rad mounts that use rubber to take on the flex. Then I'd patent them and profit. The off-road part definitely makes sense.

Have you taken a look at your cab mounts? Lots of them are rotting apart and causing more body flex than you would get when knew. If you buy the new radiator, I'd probably do the cab mounts too
