Back to work for me vs the Grackles. Damn birds making a mess and chasing all the other birds away. Wife put down birdseed in the backyard a few months ago and now they want to take over. They don't like getting squirted with high pressure water but it doesn't stop them from coming back. Hate to pull out the BB and pellet guns!

Now this takes a little patience.......but.........take peanut butter, mix in bird seed.......lots of bird seed. When the grackles get really accustomed to the mix. Get a 1 pound jar of tannerite, coat it with the peanut butter/bird seed mix, and when about a dozen grackles set down to munch on the goodies............BOOM!!!!!!!! Now you just need to clean up grackle guts!

Good morning truckers, Just thought I would check in sense it's been a while. Maria and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary tomorrow and I turn 59. I took next week off and we going on a road trip down to Oregon. We are going to spend a couple night's in Redmond with some friends, then over to coast and just screw off the rest of the week. If the phone app will work I'll post a few photos.

In Phoenix where my son lives...... It is so hot during the summer, he has a cooling system on the pool...!!

Caught some bug yesterday, Feeling Yuck! Was going to get the horses out and go ride, But it has been a constant drizzle all morning. Just couldn't motivate myself to get out in the wet while I'm feeling under the weather.
Tuesday night, my wife and I are heading South East. Going to Fly into Charlotte and drive down to Savannah via Myrtle Beach, Charleston etc. It's our anniversary. I think it's been 35 years. Going to end back up in Spartanburg SC to see my Daughter and her Hubby graduate med school. Then they are off to Oklahoma City for Residency for the next couple of years. At least they are getting paid something now instead of student loans and they are half way home. A whole lot easier to fly from SLC to OK than to Spartanburg. Might actually get to see them a little more often.
Anyway, I'm looking to try some different food in the South East than what I get here in the mountain states.
