Good morning gang! Another rainy Monday here. Was just looking at the weather statement and for the last 30 years, it's rained 21 years on this date. We are in our seesaw pattern again. 66* today, 70 tomorrow and a high of 50* on Wednesday. This is driving me nuts!!!! Well, at least my trucks are now back to their original color and not yellow!!! I went 2 weeks ago and got a checkup and some bloodwork done. A1 was 6.1 and glucose read 113 fasting so they have me on the Metformin. Need to lose weight and get in better shape plus watch my diet so I can maybe get off the meds. Blood pressure is been OK but I'd like to get off the pills for that also.

Desert Don, don't bite anyone!
Monty, the typical colors of the mechanized stuff at my place are brown, black, silver, orange, or white. Right now, it's all yellow and thick. We haven't gotten rain at my place in two weeks, so everything is dry. On top of that, the wind direction, temp and humidity are all still changing dramatically every other day. My allergies are becoming a bother. Right now, we have a gentle north breeze, mild temps and low (tens) humidity. That will be good for polishing, washing and waxing the RV mid-week. Stay safe in that goofy weather you are facing tonight!
Roy, donuts spontaneously coming out of the countertop would be great! I would likely be a "smidge" heavier than I am now though.
Tim, I like your logic - even though I don't drink much coffee. Leaving part of a pot of coffee behind is wasteful!
Swamp Don, good luck on the weight loss and coming off of the meds. 7 years ago when I filed for divorce and moved out of my home, I recognized that I needed to lose weight for my health and self esteem. I managed to drop 70 lbs over 6 months and was able to come off of several different meds. It was a great feeling. Thankfully, I have been able to keep it off for the most part, and just have fluctuations now and then that require a short bit of dieting to correct
Tonight is my last night for this set at the perfume factory. I'm hoping it gets quiet soon.
