That is automatic no school weather for the snowflakes around here Roy.

Weather guessers are still calling for 3-5 here today, I am highly doubtful. Was 48 and pouring rain at 8 am, down to 30 by noon, headed for 14 tomorrow AM. I suspect the roads are crap, we got ice for about 30 minutes before it changed to snow. Grass is still green as of 4 pm. Road is white.

Wife said it had to be -30C to cancel school back in the old country. Then they would spend the whole day playing outside.

I wish Been to school plenty at -30C, and my kids too. I think now my kids have indoor recess if it's -25C or colder LOL. I don't think they cancel school here for cold but they do occasionally for snow if the school bus can't make it. I think about twice in my lifetime.

What country is the old country?

Doug, got it stocked up lol

They only cancel school in Anchorage for icy roads and usually only after a school bus with (or without) kids has flipped or slid off into a ditch. I can't remember recess inside temp, but I bet it has to be at least -20F or colder. Today it's doing that snow-rain-ice-snow thing...

In March looking to go to Eugene, OR to tour the University of Oregon with my son. "Duck Days" as they call it. Trying to figure out if that first word is a noun or a verb. Any things we should do/see while we are there? Never been Oregon before - but I may have a day or so to kill.

Darren - That's better on the fridge.

Andre - Any updates? Praying for you!

Howdy Doug, Roy, Eric, Tim, Don, Gerry, Jon.
