Gerry, we would unfortunately not go on any trips if we didn't have people we could trust to take good care of our babies while we were gone. It is about $450 for a week or so for our entire clan to be cared for twice daily.

Hope all have had a great day with family n friends. I think it is settled.........while all of you’uns are sitting around waiting for camping season, I am going to pull the Raptor down to Quartzsite, AZ for a nice little wintertime retreat. Have some friends there that will keep an eye on things if I am absent, so I will likely just leave it there for the winter, then if I want to go on a camping trip, just stage from there!! What is not to like about that?? Will likely head out this Thursday. Cost is like $180 for the rest of the winter.
