Tonight was my first driving experience at night since the Cataract surgery, left eye. Great vision at night........

Good morning, crew !! Way too much time sleeping in the chair last evening, so now I am up, wide awake at 4:30!! Not much on the agenda for today!! I guess it will be a "wait and see" type of day. Got a few things that need doing, but just going to let the old body dictate what actually gets done!!

Jon, it was not too far from your Horseshoe Canyon that I drilled an oil well back in the late '70's. The location was actually about half way between Bicknell and Escalante, up on the mountain; but we stayed in Bicknell and drove to the rig from there. Capitol Reef, etc......what beautiful country!

Good morning guys! It's hump day

Had Scouts last night and had a great meeting. Today is more of the same old grind with hopefully an hour or two snuck away to waterproof the shower.

 

It's friggin 75 degrees here in Michigan and I get a cold? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. I'll see if I can flush it out with beer.

 

It's important to stay hydrated. I red that. Drink a lot of beer.

 

A great Saturday #3 is upon us.......
32°F / 1°C........Pretty blue skies to the north.....dark gray skies to the south. Rain is the forecast.

 

First coat of water proofing applied...waiting until it dries (maybe an hour or so)
