.... I don't think Gerry could handle another garage fiasco...
Doughnuts? Where?? Actually I've been good, down 14.7 pounds from 2 months ago and that was after the easy ones came off. (otherwise it's 25 pounds and 2.5 months ago.) Still another 40 to go... I am more determined than even to make it and keep that weight off.
It sure goes on quick and comes off slow... (cue the puns.... in 3......2.....1.....)

Morning here Tim Y. (still).
Wow Gerry I thought it was over by now... unbelievable....
I owe a debt of gratitude to 17 Oaks/Don. His dry ice idea to get a ding out is sensational. Worked really well. I had a nasty ding about an inch long and narrow, right by the fuel filler door. It wasn't horrible, but the type that drive you crazy because it catches your eye. He said to use dry ice and it will work it's way out. Got some dry ice at the store today for a whopping $1.34, used the little piece as a crayon in the dent and seconds later it was GONE... Wasn't sure it was going to work well, since it is raining and in the low 50s...

Afternoon gents! Just checking in. Also just woke up. Never seems to fail when I pull a double shift we get our asses handed to us both days! Total sleep at work last 50 hours was about 6. Came home and crashed.
Hope all of you are doing well!
Dak, congrats on the weight loss brother! I spent 10 days on steroids after my last back incident, and gained about 8 pounds. HATE STEROIDS because of that. Oh, and the fact that I don't sleep for a week. Geez!
Roy, take it easy on the JG, we've all heard how hip surgery is!
I believe today is Don's birthday IIRC!!! Happy birthday buddy!!
Did any of you get an email from verticalscope?? Supposedly a data breach with all of it's forums from powerstroke.org, the dieselgarage, dieselplace, duramaxforum, powerstrokenation, the dieselstop, and the odyclub...Not sure if it's legit or not, but worth changing passwords I guess. It's been a VERY long time since I've been on any of those forums, but can't be too safe nowadays.
Gonna catch up on some forum stuff, good day brothers!

Yeah, that went out a while ago for me... and had to change all my passwords. Some of the forums had sticky' in the main forum page to tell you what happened. I even changed all of my other accounts that used that particular password.
A lot of this weight gain was from meds -- so I understand your aversion to steroids. Luckily I don't have to take steroids. Controlling diet, more exercise, and more importantly getting off the wrong meds and I am finally coasting down.... The goal of which is to get within the high end of my BMI. I don't like how I look and feel at my ideal weight. Which is 160 lbs...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DON!!!
