Found another option that is worthy of reporting:
It is a license Plate surround with LED lights built in. It is only $47 plus shipping.
Watch the video...seems to put out a lot of light.

After reading the comments, I'm a little surprised. You need to spray the lens with a UV protection. That's not a big deal, but surprised it isn't already done. The electronics aren't sealed well. They likely need some dielectric grease and some electrical tape or some hot glue. With a little preventative maintenance up front, this might be a nice little product.

I was always the "new" kid.
1st - 6th grade: 3 different schools
