Home made bumber + brushguard ideas

Im building a homemade bumber brushguard for my truck I was hoping some one could post some pics I want it to look good but be strong. I was thinkin resheeting the inside of my stock steel bumper for strengh and building a brush guard off it with d rings and cutting holes for fog lights like the bronco air bumpers

I wouldn't try to use the stock bumper as a base IMHO, its not very sturdy and once you start cutting it, it'll rust quick. Be too much of a pain to strip it and piant/powdercoat. Just my .02 tho

What body style are you looking for? 87-91 or 92-96/7?

here's a few threads. I personally love the airbronco bumper but its a bit pricey for me.

For some reason, this site likes to do that. It works for a bit then doesn't.

But that is besides the point. You have been here long enough to know how to use the SEARH feature. Just look up "custom bumper"
