No, it's molded into the bezel. You would have to cut it out with some sort of tool. I cut out mine and then fashioned a metal cover plate...mounted everything to the plate and then screwed the plate to the dash. This way I can access the wiring without having to remove the bezel again.

Have you posted pictures anywhere of the metal cover plate that you fabricated for your dash? I'm going to do something similar and wondered how you approached this. Thanks.
