I like the lift height. I am looking at the same kits through skyjacker. Which kit number did you get? Price? And did it have everything you needed?

Skyjacker has two different 2" lift kits. One has blocks, the other has Add-a-leafs. I opted for the add-a-leafs. Bother were the same price at the time. I don't recall the price but it wasn't too bad.

BAD NEWS... I hit a big ol' buck with the Bronco and it damn near totaled it...
Damage done:
Bumper has a hole in it from where the frame went through it.
Frame is bent.
Core support is bent.
A/C condensor is bent
Trans cooler got pushed into A/C condensor, but is okay.
Radiator has a mount snapped and is leaking pretty bad at a seam.
Apron isn't salvageable.
Grill is toast...
and the passenger's side blinker is cracked where it bolts to the core support.

That was Friday morning... I have a bumper on it, but it looks absolutely hideous now... Big ol' brush guard and tube bumper off an 81 Chev...

I got it straightened out pretty good today. It's about a 1/4" high on the drivers side now but it's straight in line with the rig. I'm just gonna fix what's needed and run 'er til summer. Summer will be teardown time.

You better get rifle or something, this hunting with you rig will destroy that poor Bronco. Btw, I would get some deer stickers on my fender to keep the count of the deers downed, WWII style.

Hahaha! I like yer thinking! I may have to start the death count! 3 deer and one bird! Anyways, here's a pic of the monster today, which I'm renaming the "Redneck Wet Dream."

Don't pay attention to it's levelness... We made it level at the upper bar... which we later found out was welded on crooked.

I eventually would like to either get something like that one or get a squared one with the diamond plate on top. Both back and front. Right now I have the smooth rounded chrome ones that cause my shoes to slip when they are wet. I just have so much things to do ahead of new bumpers that it isn't a big concern.

Well it's been a little while since I last updated. Classes are movin' right along and all and it's been an adventure so far. In the last week, I pulled 3 vehicles outta the ditch. A Dodge Spirit, an S10 Blazer, and the toughest pull by far was an 07 Chebby K1500 4x4 last night. Burned through the snow and ice and found dry pavement, where it just managed to burn all 4 tires tryin' to pull. Needless to say I had to get a little violent with the pullin'. He was pretty well buried. I don't think I can stress this next point enough, DON'T TEXT AND DRIVE! Especially when you're high. After he told me that I was tempted to push him back in the ditch. I also managed to climb an 8 foot snowbank here at the college (gotta have a little fun!) and whipped quite a few donuts. Next thing on the list: Tune-up. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, egr, and O2 sensor. Gotta love being able to pull your own rig into the school's shop to work on it!

Nice Bronco. Looks great with that push bar after having a accident, I want to get one eventually on my Bronco.
