1989 460 EFI won't start-No fuel
I am in need of a starting point to fix my problem. I have a 1989 F-350 dually with a 460 efi and dual tanks. I bought the truck to use on some property moving dirt and rock. I used lasy summer then let sit over winter. I went to start it in the spring but it will only run by spraying starting fluid or dumping gas down the air inlet into the EFI.
I am figuring it is the high pressure pump but could it be a fuse, or impact switch? I don't have any information telling me what the fuses are so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

How do you know there is now fuel getting to the engine?
You may not be able to, but you should try and pull any engine codes. There may not be any since the truck has not 'run.'
Assuming there is no fuel, I would start simple. Fuel pump fuse and then relay. If they check out, make sure the pump is kicking on and priming. You can also check fuel pressure. If the pump is working and you have pressure at the fuel rails, then you are most likely looking at an electrical issue with the EFI system.
Also, you may be better off posting in the 87-96 section, as this may be more a model issue then an engine issue.

And forgot to add fuse and relay location.
If you are looking at the PDC (Power Distribution Center, under hood fuse box) so you have two columns of fuses and a column of relays to the right, the fuel pump relay fuse should be the fourth one up in the middle column, a 20 amp fuse. And the relay should be the second one up.
