My preference would be Prius driver on a cell phone. To bad I never have my phone out and ready.

Yes it faces forward. I do have a bell cover I haven't put on yet. I need to trim the edge of it since my horn fits tight to the frame.

My preference is Prius, on cell phone, taking about to take a drink of his moka capa chino expresso soi latta phsssttt what ever you call it and doing under way the speed limit.

Having the cell phone out and ready and filming is the copilots duty! You just drive and blast'm.

I figured you had the horn direction way under control.....

Exactly, too bad I don't have a passenger that often. Probably 1/3 of the time I drive her.

For my 3 gallon air tank I just bent up some 3/8" x 2" strap into a simple L.

All plumbed with Parker 1/4" dot air line.

Considering my solenoid and a short section of air line is near the exhaust, I heat shielded them with some cool it wrap.

And finally a short video clip. Don't let it fool you this horn is wholly crap loud.
you are always 1 step ahead of me now! That air tank spot is exactly where I've been planning to put mine or the on board air. I was going to hang mine from the bed, but your idea looks like a lot less work!

So make mine a triple venti grande americano chai vanilla minty mochachino caramel macchiato, half-caf half-decaf one equal one sweet'n'low one raw sugar. Skinny organic extra virgin olive oil soy breve with no foam extra whip extra hot and oh yes, leave off the top so I can put on my own sprinkles.

I ran through a bunch of different mounting spots and bracket ideas. I almost cut off the drain welded it closed and mounted it right to the frame. I decided against that due to getting the hole spacing correct would've been a pain. All in all I'm happy with it, and it's only really visable through the wheel well. So far I let it sit a week and no loss in pressure.

Next, I will be installing a Viair pump, a winch and winch bumper. Hopefully soon.

I have a line on an early factory warn winch bumper. I'm tempted to run one because they are fairly rare and have the right old school look. I'm also tempted to just copy one with some decent thick steel, considering that they aren't super strong like I like.

If the warn bumper is cheap enough then grab it, copy it & re-sell.

Where's the viair pump gonna go? I have one I was contemplating running on the crew but I've read guys aren't happy with the air output for airing up tires, etc. Therefore I think I'm holding onto the viair to run the bags on the hot rod & looking at adding a york under the hood or, even better if I can figure it out - run off the middle driveshaft.

So far I'm thinking passenger side just in front of my rear bumper. The pump I'm planning on is a viair 480c 100% duty cycle. I get having issues if you use your pneumatic tools constantly. My planned use would be infrequent off road repairs and keeping the air horn supplied. I did think about running a factory air pump hooked to the cummins but I have no need to have a pump constantly running on my truck.

The york pumps used for AC compressors are what a lot of guys use as they really have a good volume. They have a clutch so they shut off when not needed.

Still for many guys an electric one is probably more than they will ever need. Heck if I can't figure out adding the york to my setup the electric one will go in.

I don't know the brand but there is a cummins factory air pump that goes in place of the vacuum pump. Should be a easier option for you.

Didn't know that was the "factory" pump you were talking about. I have looked at those as well. While cool for sure they are above what I'd like to spend.
