Those DTCs are for your ECT and EOT circuits. Is the fan clutch running at a higher than usual duty cycle? Are those sensors even plugged in properly? Don't count on your scan data readings either because even if the sensors are unplugged, default or "estimated" values for the temp readings will display. If those circuits are actually open, there's two more reasons to shell out the money for the engine harness sooner than later. I know it sucks having to pay that much for the part or actually doing the work to change it out.
Not sure on Fan, started it up backed it out of the garage and noticed CEL was on, grabbed Scangauge II pulled up those 2 codes, pulled it back in and shut the truck off,,,throwed hammer and few other things.....while I was waiting on professional opinions
Went to my local dealer where I have got all my parts for this adventure... Told them what I needed and the price I could order it at...They let me have the Harness for $25 more than I could order it for, plus had in stock....
