I have a drive trian with a 351M, NP205 transfer case, DANA 44 axles and they are in my 1964 F100. Can anyone tell me what this drive train may have come out of?

Probably off of a 4X4 Ford truck.

Without some numbers from the block and cases there is no way.
And even than it would prolly just be a guess at best within a few years.
